Full Commissioning
August Winter & Sons, Inc. offers full mechanical systems commissioning. This is a quality orientated process that involves achieving, verifying and documenting the performance of each system to meet the building's operational needs. As part of our commissioning process, maintenance personnel are trained in the operation and maintenance of the mechanical systems. The result will be fully functional mechanical systems that have baseline documentation to refer to if problems arise.
