August Winter & Sons served as construction manager and installation contractor for this power plant coal dust removal system. Work included all structural engineering, concrete work, electrical, roofing and building enclosure. The three-stories-tall system consisted of 12 bag houses with 4,800 bags and a steam-driven turbine fan.
