August Winter served as construction manager and installation contractor for this power plant coal dust removal system. Work included all structural engineering, concrete work, electrical, roofing and building enclosure. The three-stories-tall system consisted of 12 bag houses with 4,800 bags and a steam-driven turbine fan.
