Overview

August Winter installed pipe and fittings for Neenah Paper’s Astro-Bright dye delivery system.  Pipe was run from storage tanks, to diluted pumps and then to the paper machine. The project consisted of installing 19,000 feet of 1/2” to 1-1/2” aquatherm pipe with 4,250 fittings and valves.  Over 8,000 fusion welds were made.  The complete system passed the pressure test with no recordable leaks.  Project was completed under the original budget and before the scheduled completion date.
