Overview

August Winter provided design/build services to replace six air handling units throughout the school located from tunnels to enclosed mezzanines. We also added cooling to the auditorium and office spaces.  During the design/build process we worked collaboratively with subcontractors hired directly by the school district.   The owner was pleased with our organization during construction and very satisfied with the finished product.
