Overview

This project required an ASME Certified contractor to install a 400 HP steam boiler high pressure steam piping and 400-gallon condensate surge tank/pump skid. In addition, a new compressed air system was installed.

The project also included coordination with Wisconsin’s asbestos abatement contractor to remove the existing boiler, meanwhile keeping the other boilers in service to complete replacement. In addition, special consideration was taken for nearby residents while moving cranes and lifts around the project site. Upgrades to additional boilers were completed to allow client to operate on either natural gas or diesel fuel, supporting operation with an onsite generator.
