HVAC system upgrade to a 130,000-square foot school, while maintaining occupancy. The project included remodel and addition work with a compact schedule. The addition portion of the project was completed in three months (10,000-man hours) allowing the relocation of resources for the remodel phase of the project begin. Remodel was completed in the three-month scheduled timeframe.
